BALLET

Carolina Dance Center’s carefully structured ballet program offers a variety of classes and levels designed to accommodate every dancer’s needs. Ballet is a wonderful way to inspire students’ love for dance while promoting muscular strength, proper body alignment, flexibility, and lyrical musicality. Whether you are seeking classes for a recreational dancer or an aspiring professional ballet dancer, Carolina Dance Center has a place for everyone. Our experienced faculty believes in teaching the correct anatomical aspects of the art while introducing dancers to a Neo-classical style. Ballet class placement is very specific in order to target the individual  needs of each student. As a student improves and advances, the need for additional weekly classes will arise. We also offer a weekly adult ballet class!

DANCE ATTIRE:

Black leotards (any style), pink tights with pink ballet shoes or skin-toned tights with skin-toned ballet shoes, no skirts. Hair must be in a bun.
